Appointment Booking

Kume Spa always welcomes any and all walk-ins upon availability.

To secure your requested spa time and treatments, we recommend you schedule an appointment in advance due to the popularity of the services. Credit card details are required for booking.

If you will be attending the spa with a voucher, it is a good idea to mention it so that the spa can advise you of any policy that may affect its use.

Spa Arrival

To maximize your experience, please check in 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows time for a personalized consultation and time for relaxation and of course, a free hot cup of tea. We regret that late arrivals may not receive the full benefit of services provided. Front desk receptionist will check your ID to match the name in the appointment. If it is your first time here, please read our liability & waiver prior to your appointment.

About Children

The Spa is an adult oriented atmosphere, therefore we are not able to accept appointments for children under the age of 16 years, unless accompanied by a parent. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the spa unless they are receiving services.

Cancellation

Your appointment is very important to the team members of Kume Spa, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of your scheduled treatment.

COVID-19 is a foreseen event and we require proof of a positive result 24 hours prior to your appointment to receive any sort of refund or make changes.

Missed Appointments or “No-Shows” will be charged the full amount of the original service booked. Late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

Guest Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with any service, please call the spa within 2 days.

Refund

If you are not satisfied with your assigned massage therapist, please notify the front desk with the first ten minutes of your massage. The front desk will try to make rearrangement to better meet your needs.

Refund and rearrangements will be not be accommodated after the first ten minutes of the massage.

Service and Pricing

Kume Spa reserves the right to change Spa rules, regulations, or service and pricing at any time.

Kume Spa retains the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason.

Personal Articles

Kume will not be responsible for any lost or stolen articles or items on premises.

Gratuity

Gratuities are not included in the price of services or packages. Gratuities are graciously accepted by spa personnel. If you wish to show appreciation for a job well done or service enjoyed, gratuity envelopes are available at the reception desk when you check out. Our recommended standard gratuity for spa treatments is 15% to 20% of the service fee.

Gift Certificate & Gift Card

Please inform us when making an appointment that you will be redeeming a gift certificate/gift card and provide the gift number. Must present gift certificate/gift card to redeem. Gift certificates/gift cards will not be extended beyond the expiration date. Kume is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed, and void if altered gift certificates/gift cards. Gift certificates/gift cards are not transferable, non-refundable or redeemable for cash or credit.

A full service charge will be incurred for any late cancellations or a no-show appointments.
