E-Gift Cards
- Only digital gift card purchases are eligible for discounts.
- THESE DISCOUNT GIFT CARDS ARE ONLY REDEEMABLE AFTER 1/3/2022 and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount. Members are not eligible to use gift cards on Members’s discount days which are Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Can not be redeemed for Cash. Can not be used to pre-pay for appointments nor can they be purchased to pay for services on the same day. Gift Card is valid for future visits only.
- Transactions in excess of the gift card balance may be settled with cash, a major credit card.
- The balance on the gift card will not be replaced if this card is lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without the cardholder’s permission.

This website is owned and operated byKume Spa. By using and accessing the Site and logging on to the Site you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms of use (“Terms of Use”) and agree to be bound by the Terms of Use.
USE OF THIS SITE
The Site is provided solely for information purposes. Kume may modify or change the Terms of Use at any time by posting notice of such change on Site. Your continued use of Site after the effective date of such notice will constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
Kume may make certain information or services available via the Site only pursuant to additional guidelines, rules or agreements applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time.
You are entitled to view, copy and print any documents that are made generally available on Site but only for your own internal business purposes. Any sale, transmission or redistribution of Site or its content, and any copying, modification or other use of Site or its content for any purposes other than your own internal business purposes, are strictly prohibited.
You are prohibited from using Site to gain unauthorized access, directly or indirectly, to Kumes’ computer systems or a third party’s computer systems. You shall not interfere with another user’s use or enjoyment of Site.
Kume reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take action that it deems appropriate for violations of this Terms of Use, including but not limited to terminating your access to Site, filing of criminal charges against you, or the initiating of a civil action against you.
To the extent required to do so by law, Kume will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Kume to disclose information regarding users of Site.
Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your appointment is very important to the team members of Kume Spa, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of your scheduled treatment.
COVID-19 is a foreseen event and we require proof of a positive result 24 hours prior to your appointment to receive any sort of refund or make changes.
Missed Appointments or “No-Shows” will be charged the full amount of the original service booked. Late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.
APPOINTMENT BOOKING
Kume Spa always welcomes any and all walk-ins upon availability.
To secure your requested spa time and treatments, we recommend you schedule an appointment in advance due to the popularity of the services. Credit card details are required for booking.
If you will be attending the spa with a voucher, it is a good idea to mention it so that the spa can advise you of any policy that may affect its use.
